Position Summary:
The Windsor Life Enrichment Assistant works with the Life Enrichment Supervisor in delivering activities to the residents.

Essential Functions:

• Leads various programs and activities such as exercise, bingo, crafts, discussion groups, etc.
• Encourages resident participation in activities.
• Assists in developing monthly calendar, weekly activity update, and other communication tools to inform residents of events.
• Assists in planning and organizing special monthly events such as theme dinners, outings, musicals, and special parties.
• Plans for transportation to events as needed.
• Assists in coordination of staff events and their communication.
